Note to Individuals VISITING WEBSITE
If you are here because you have a problem then you have taken the first step to getting away from the trouble. First, you have to face the problem and then start taking action. You have done both. Good for you.
If the problem is very personal please know that I will not judge you nor embarrass you. My job is to help you – period. And I know how hard it is to pick up the phone and call a stranger about this situation. If the call is too hard simply email me. Just tell me your name and briefly what is going on. Eventually we will have to talk and meet but that can be down the road.
I can promise you a few things. First, the problem will not go away so the sooner you get help the better. Second, you will feel better just talking or emailing a private investigator. You are taking control of the situation. Third, we will discuss a plan of action. We can decide what I am going to do and what you will do. I will need your help and input. Lastly, of course there will be my fees. BUT, I have never turned someone down because they cannot pay a retainer or cannot pay every week. Some clients have made payments over several months and if you keep your word we will be fine.
If you feel I am not right for your situation, please call another private investigator. There are literally hundreds in GA. You can go to GAPPI.com and look for members.
I mean it 100% when I tell you I will help you if I can. I wish you the best of luck. God bless you
William John Fedack, Jr.
Note to Law Firms and CPA’s
First thank you for visiting my site. I know how busy you are and I would like to briefly ask for an opportunity to be a private detective for your firm. I have experience in law enforcement, insurance underwriting & claims and technology. I have been lucky to assist several firms with insurance disputes for both insurance defense and person injury cases. I understand insurance terminology and coverages.
I realize you are working with a group now and I am happy to prove my worth to you. My reports are timely and concise. You will not wait weeks for my final report. I will do what you need and be careful with expenses and my time. I feel my greatest strength is my communication. I will answer your call or return it very quickly. When you need to speak to me you need me to get back right away. My fees are reasonable – I will call them high middle of the other PI’s.
I certainly hope to hear from you or your paralegal.
Thank you,
John Fedack

I am from Atlanta and love the South. We have a special way of looking at the world and still hold doors open for ladies. I am sincere when I say if I can help you with this problem I will give it my very best.
My law enforcement career began with the University Police at Georgia State University in downtown Atlanta. GSU officers attended the State Police Academy taught by the GA State Patrol. I was a marksman and top three in academics and law. After the academy I was assigned to uniform street patrol. The school is near Grady Hospital and being in downtown there were many crimes and incidents every night. Within two years I was given a gold shield and promoted to detective. I investigated armed robberies, rape and assaults involving the students. In less than one year I was again promoted to Detective Sergeant.
The time at GA State was good training for my next department – DeKalb County Police. DKPD was nationally known as a progressive and very advanced police agency. We had the longest academy with FBI and State Academy teachers. Our firearms training was extensive and we carried the most powerful and advanced handguns. I was at the top of my class and an advanced marksman on the range. After several months I was routinely assigned high crime areas and was a “patrol training officer”. I always enjoyed the rookies riding with me and took their training very seriously. Their lives were in my hands.
At DeKalb I received over 10 commendations from the Chief and many times worked very dangerous “stake out” locations. The years at DeKalb taught me many things about myself and at a certain point I knew it was time to move on.
My next career step was with Xerox. They had recently purchased a large commercial insurance company named Crum and Forster. My initial training was on database administration and claim management systems. I was thoroughly trained on commercial insurance policies (Workers Comp, General Liability and Commercial Auto) and computerized claim tracking. Xerox was world famous for their advanced training. After leaving Xerox I remained in IT and most recently worked in ‘Cloud’ technology.
I suppose you might ask why did I apply for a Georgia Private Detective license? For over five years our Cold Case Atlanta Team has been investigating several high profile Cold Cases. These cases have become personal as I have met and become friends with relatives of these victims. We have been interviewed by CBS 46 Atlanta and 11 Alive Atlanta. Early in the investigations someone suggested I become a Private Detective. It was good advice and now I want to help others who have serious legal problems.
With my diverse background I can offer a perspective a little different from most investigators. I work with many retired detectives and have an excellent working relationship with Atlanta Police and many local, state and Federal agencies.
From criminal investigations, complex insurance claims and Cold Case reviews I will use my experience to solve your problem. My goal will always be to conduct the most factual, ethical and confidential investigation that I possibly can. You would not be contacting me except you need help. Again, I give you my word I will give your case 100% of my efforts.
